The new collaborative collection features cotton wall coverings with signature trompe-l'oeil motifs around five themes. Ruin marble, mosaics, curtains, cross-stitch and optics on unique weaves that combine the singular world of Maison Martin Margiela with Omexco's unique production methods. Each wallpaper is created using recycled fibers.
Maison Martin Margiela first began exploring new areas of design in 2000, when they opened their Tokyo store and launched Ligne 13 - Objets & éditions, a line of accessories and unusual re-purposed decor objects.
The Maison Martin Margiela x Omexco collection will be available from the end of May.
