To support Designers Against Aids (DAA), fashion brand Marc Jacobs created ‘Cheers Big Ears’ t-shirts together with Playboy in aid of Designers Against Aids. The limited edition tees feature Playboy theme images in three styles, and 100% benefit DAA.

Besides the exclusive t-shirts, Marc Jacobs introduced the book ‘Designers against Aids: The First Decade’ at his Bookmarc stores. After New York and Los Angeles, Jacobs decided to bring his DAA creations to his Marc by Marc Jacobs stores in London, Milan and Paris.

In 2004, non-profit organisation Beauty Without Irony launched the international charity project DAA. It aims to raise AIDS awareness by using elements form pop culture in different disciplines.
