Scheduled to launch in October, Myntra will offer New Look styles for men and women, with the retail chain’s plus-size category being added at a later date. It is hoped that the addition of New Look will help Myntra bridge the gap between its upper-middle and top of the market brands.
Commenting on the partnership, Simon Taylor, head of international partnerships at New Look, said: "We are happy to explore this latest opportunity with Myntra in India. The Indian market offers us exciting opportunities and I am sure that our market share will continue to grow rapidly over the coming months."
Ashutosh Lawania, co-founder of Myntra, added: "We are excited to extend our international portfolio with the British global fashion retailer, New Look. Myntra has always been committed to helping customers' look and feel great by providing them with a wide variety to choose from, this association will create yet another 'New Look' for them with an international flavour.”
New Look will be the latest international brand to join the Myntra retail platform, the site already sells premium labels including Scotch and Soda, Desigual, Steve Madden, Mango, and Guess.
