M&S fashion fails to perform

Marks & Spencer's overhaul of its fashion offer is expected to not have achieved the sales it desired as the company is due to reports its annual profits.

Shoppers were not entirely convinced by the revamped collection, despite efforts of participating during London Fashion Week nor by its lacklustre advertising campaign.

The retailer is expected to report the third straight year of decline and pushing it behind rival Next on annual earnings for the first time.
