After months of rumours and speculation Parsons has officially announced to it's senior students in an email , that former Dior designer John Galliano will teach a four-day master class at Parsons.
The class is called Show Me Emotion and will explore the power of emotion in relation to fashion design.
The master class series will take place three days in the design studio and John Galliano will join college dean Simon Collins for a final day of critique.
This will be Galliano’s second venture back into the fashion world after working at Oscar de la Renta this year.
He was let go of his position as artistic director at Dior in March 2011 after being accused of anti-semitic comments.
