Italian designer Giorgio Armani has announced it will continue the support programme for young Italian design talent.
Armani launched the initiative during Milan Fashion Week last September, allowing the chosing finalist to use his catwalk show space with an aim to highlight new talent in its native country.
The Armani young designer support provides new talents in the business the chance to benefit from the prestigious Italian fashion house's reputation, presenting their own ready-to-wear creations to their industry counterparts.
Following Stella Jean, Andrea Pompilio and the design duo behind Au Jour le Jour, Christian Pellizzari is the latest name to benefit, and will present his own collection in the Armani Teatro at Milan Fashion Week in September.
Having spent two years working on the Vionnet creative team, Christian Pellizzari launched his eponymous brand in 2011, designing menswear for two years, before unveiling his first women's ready-to-wear line in September 2013.
