In order to make returning goods, ordering online or other cross-channel combinations easier, New Look signed a contract with BT to implement its Store 6 EpoS solution. The fast-fashion retailer will be working with the system across its UK and international outlets.
The two companies have been working together over 10 years, and the system will be installed across over 600 New Look’s stores. This new solution, based on Epicor software, is also used by 250 retailers in the US. Next to the EpoS solution, New Look will implement the streamlined cash management function. Supporting this functionality, BT Expedite’s Estate Management Software (EMS) will monitor EPoS hardware and software, identifying potential problems so they can be dealt with quickly.
