Which cards can you use on FashionUnited B2B Web Store? We accept the following cards as payment for your orders:
• Visa
• MasterCard/EuroCard
• American Express
You can use debit, pre-paid, and gift cards issued by the companies above as well as their standard credit cards. Similarly, if you're paying with a EuroCard or MasterMoney Card, select MasterCard. For credit cards denominated in a supported currency other than Euro, your bank or credit card company may charge foreign conversion fees.
WARRANTY AND RETURNS
Guarantee:
The guarantee on our products is the guarantee that is provided by the manufacturers. The duration of the warranty varies, depending on the product, and is mentioned in the documentation accompanying each product.
The guarantee is limited to replacement of the item which is recognized as defective, excluding any direct or indirect damage because of this defect.
The guarantee does not apply to voluntary degradation or poor use of the product.
Refund:
No products will be taken back or exchanged after 8 eight days of delivery, excluding a product with a dysfunction of any kind validated beforehand. The product must be in original packaging and be returned without visible damage.
On digital products there is no right of return. It is therefore not possible to return digital reports/books.
