Intrigued by secrets and the effects they can have on individuals, she has focused her latest project on personal confessions, as well as the larger, more public secret of surveillance. From this she has developed a collection of fabrics and garments experimenting with woven structures and yarn properties. The tailored garments focus on the strong exterior of the city worker and how, although the suits they wear camouflage them in their working life, they also hold their own private secrets. The bespoke shirts contain hand-woven messages in the details, for example on the cuffs and under the collar, in order to allow the wearer the possibility of revealing or concealing their personal secrets at any time.
