Wer kann uns ein Paar Tipps zu Erstellung des Fertigungvertages helfen?

- Versand
- Zahlungsvereinbarung
- Qualitätsvorgaben und Lieferdaten
- Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarung
- Vereinbarung über die Bereitstellung eines Prototyps
- Preis und Zahlungsbedingungen

Gibt es überhaupt allgemeine Richtlinien dafür?

Wir sind für jeden Tipp sehr dankbar...
