Presently Fashion Mart Ltd. is working with the Canadian buyers like Wal-Mart, Roots Canada,Reebok Canada and the USA buyer like JCP, Sears USA, Wal-mart USA & Mexico, Brazil .Also we were done some European customer like LPP PolandKids zone Denmark, Mackays UK,Ripcurl Australia,Carryfour in Spain.

We have experienced to work with buyer like JCP, TARGET, PVH, GOODYS, TOMMY HILFIGER, KMART through the USA importer. And ALDI for German through Karl Rieker and Promptex.

We have very good sourcing in import and local fabrics & trims. Before starting the bulk production we maintain the following for our all customers in fabrics, accessories, production & shipment.

Fabric:

We are very much cognizant about color fastness, staining, rubbing, tear strength, dye lot & shade deviation. Especially we are collecting the pile loss test report for corduroy fabrication from fabric supplier before shipping the fabric. During your product development we can send the fabrication in different construction with different color from local & overseas manufacturers as your requirement. Keep it in mind you will get the GSP facility for local fabrics, but the fabric price is little bit higher than overseas, this will effect on your fob value.

Accessories:

* All printed/woven label + care label -must be washing proof & readable after washing the garments.

* Elastic must be pre skunked & relaxed before sewing the garments.

* Thread must be in correct quality to keep its strength, also after heavy garments washes.

* Button & rivets – we always source from overseas with nickel free, ferrous free & lead free.

**If customers need the lab test report then we can send.
Sampling:

As per buyers requirement we make the style/offer samples with similar construction fabrics but color & trims are available but try to match as buyer’s requirement without any cost. If you need the samples with different fabrication then we can do, but you have to make sure that the order will be placed with us. What ever the qty the customer demands, we can do that for our valuable customer.

Fit Sample + p/p samples + photo samples we are doing as buyer’s requirement after negotiating the order. Fashion Mart Ltd. is always ready to feedback his customer all the way.

Production:

Before start production we always do a Pre Production Meeting with the factory concerns. During production a QA officer always stay in production area. Besides that, related merchandiser also goes to production unit randomly.
Final inspection:

QA manager & concern merchandiser do the final inspection as AQL-2.5 or as per buyer requirement. We realize that every customer is unique and his or her needs may vary. We have developed strong merchandise & technical teams to provide customer service according to their necessities and satisfaction.
