Judged by a panel of highly respected members of the art community, including the Creative director of Diesel Sir Wilbert Das, Chinese media guru Hung Huang and Marketta Seppala director Finland 's Fund for Art Exchange who also was involved with the Venice Beinnale's Padiglione Nordico - the jury selected four winners. Diesel Wall is part of Diesel New Art (DNA) a platform for upcoming artists, which gives them the change to showcase their work to an international audience. In 2003 DNA started as an art and design competition that mainly took place in the Scandinavian countries. The contest gained the interest of artists globally and quickly DNA received entries from 43 countries in 2005 and over 4200 artists signed up in the following year. This year the submission to Diesel Wall started on May 2 nd and finished on July 7 th . Young artists were asked to create urban artworks with the theme 'I Could Be Yours'. The jury received over a 1000 applications. Until the end of August the Toronto Wall will show Artemis Psthas' 'Look Me in the Eye and Milan has Massimo Falsaci's 'Sunset' on display. Tucker Hughes' 'My mama is so Proud' on Copenhagen Wall can be viewed until September 9 th and Chui Chi Tang's 'Better to Keep Silence' overlooks the Dashanzi Art District in Beijing until September 30 th. |

Together with another three artists, Hughes won the fourth edition of Diesel Art Wall. Standalone buildings with empty walls in Copenhagen , Milan , Beijing and Tokyo function as an exhibition space to the winners of the art wall throughout the Summer.
