Budding designer Richard Nicoll will launch AW08 capsule collection for Thomas Pink womenswear. The Richard Nicoll for Thomas
Pink collection will comprise nine pieces featuring a shift, dresses, skirts and shirts. The designs are crafted from the silk georgettes and silk satins. Richard’s eye for details speaks throughout the whole collection.
The dresses and shirts feature full draped bias-cut scarves, raw-edged appliqué trims and a layered georgette shift over a silk satin camisole. Each piece is easily to team up with other pieces from the main Thomas Pink collection. The colour palette shades from stormy hues of pewter to taupe and peacock, and from midnight to violet. This collaboration is a first for Thomas Pink womenswear. The brand is looking to expand Pink’s collaborations with Bill Amberg and Nick Holland. The Richard Nicoll capsule collection for Thomas Pink will be available from selected Thomas Pink stores, mail order and online from mid-August 2008. |
