The first Gucci Outlet Store in the southeast U.S. is opening early November in St. Augustine, Florida. The 3,900-square-foot store is part
of the Prime Outlets, St. Augustine center’s 90,000-square-foot, $35 million expansion.
Gucci Outlet Store will offer 30 to 50 percent discounts on clothing, shoes, handbags and other accessories from brands like Cole Haan, Hugo Boss Factory Store, Jones New York, Juicy Couture, kate spade, Kenneth Cole, Michael Kors and Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th. “As today’s consumers are becoming increasingly value-conscious as they remain brand loyal, Gucci Outlet Store will surely be a draw for outlet shoppers from Florida and nearby Georgia, as well as for international visitors,” said Karen E. Fluharty, Prime Retail’s senior vice president of marketing. Prime Outlets has a portfolio of 21 outlet centers located throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico. The company is owned and operated by leading outlet shopping center developer Prime Retail. |
