Customer Loyalty At Bhs

Bhs and Arcadia owner Philip Green will launch a customer loyalty card
across the whole of his fashion empire later this year. Retail and
marketing executives are revamping the group's Gold Card to add reward
points for high spending customers across Bhs and Arcadia. Insiders say
the card, to be launched in the autumn, is intended to provide a similar
loyalty inducement to those offered by competitors such as Marks &
Spencer.
